TURKISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY AND PLACEMENT EXAM ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2023-2024 TURKEY SCHOLARSHIP (YTB) INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Marmara TÖMER Turkish Language Proficiency and Placement Exam, which YTB Turkey Scholarship students will attend in the 2023-2024 academic year, will be held face-to-face by Marmara TÖMER on October 03-04, 2023.

- Students who will take the exam must be ready in the exam hall at 08.30 at the latest and have a student certificate, passport, pencil and eraser with them.
- Those who graduated from domestic high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey and those who graduated from universities where the language of instruction is 100 % Turkish are exempt from learning Turkish.
- Students graduating from Turkish high schools abroad are not exempt from learning Turkish. These students are required to attend the Marmara TÖMER Placement Exam.
- Students who are Syrian nationals and graduated from open education high school must also take the Marmara TÖMER Placement Exam.
- Students who have a C1 level Turkish proficiency certificate issued by the Republic of Turkey state universities or Yunus Emre Institute will also be exempted from Turkish preparatory education.
- All students registered to Marmara TÖMER will take the exam.
NOTE: Those who are eligible to take the speaking exam will be announced on our website on October 03, 2023 and will be sent to their e-mails.
